The Neon Shock

This work is structured to capture a momentary shock and defensive reflex in a narrow and chaotic space that I have referenced. The harsh high-angle and wide-angle distortion extending from top to bottom deepens the character's sense of panic and the claustrophobic nature of the space. The scattered graffiti and neon tones in the background add a street culture aesthetic to the scene, while the character's stylized, enlarged eyes and tense anatomy create an immediate shock wave in the viewer. The composition is a dynamic narrative experiment in which movement and emotion are exaggerated and stylized.
